Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk menguraikan format kegiatan kepramukaan sebagai ekstrakurikuler wajib di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam kurikulum 2013. Kegiatan Kepramukaan dijadikan sebagai ekstrakurikuler wajib berdasarkan Lampiran III Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 81A Tahun 2013. Berdasarkan kebijakan formal tersebut, penyelenggaraan kegiatan Kepramukaan sebagai ekstrakurikuler wajib di MI dalam kurikulum 2013 dilaksanakan melalui lima langkah yaitu: (1) menetapkan kebijakan kegiatan Kepramukaan di MI; (2) merumuskan tujuan kegiatan Kepramukaan di MI; (3) menentukan alat lunak pendidikan karakter dan keterampilan pendidikan karakter dalam kegiatan Kepramukaan di MI; (4) membuat program semesteran kegiatan Kepramukaan di MI; dan (5) membuat program mingguan kegiatan Kepramukaan di MI. This paper is intended to describe the format of scouting as obligatory extracurricular activities in the 2013 curriculum for Elementary School. Scouting serves as extracurricular activities required based on Appendix III of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 81A Year 2013. Based on the formal policy, organizing scouting as obligatory extracurricular activities in MI in 2013 curriculum must implement five steps: (1) establish policies of scouting activities in MI; (2) formulate objectives of scouting activities in MI; (3) determine the soft ware of character education and character education skill in scouting activities in MI; (4) make semester program Scouting activities in MI; and (5) create a weekly program of scouting activities in MI.Downloads
