RASIO DAN KOMPETENSI DOSEN PAI UNIVERSITAS SEBELAS MARET SURAKARTA

Abstrak : Berkenaan dengan realitas dosen Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang ada di UNS, keadaanya adalah bahwa rasio antara dosen PAI dengan jumlah mahasiswa belum sebanding, jumlah SKS untuk PAI secara umum masih 2 SKS, pelaksanaan kuliah PAI di semester gasal dan genap, dosen-dosen PAI UNS adalah PNS yang diangkat melalui Depdiknas. Selanjutnya mengenai kompetensi dosen-dosen Pendidikan Agama Islam yang meliputi kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi keagamaansudah memenuhi kompetensi yang baik.
