Abstrak

Abstrak: Kepemimpinan adalah masalah fundamental dalam kemajuan masyarakat atau organisasi, termasuk institusi sekolah. Banyak teori atau konsep yang dikemukakan oleh para pakar, tetapi tidak selalu cocok untuk setiap keadaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikaji kepemimpinan banyak aspek dan nilai. Peneliti mengkaji pemikiran 6 sistem nilai dari Prof. Dr. Ahmad Sanusi, yaitu: nilai teologis, logis, etik, estetik, fisiologis, dan teleologis. Enam sistem nilai tersebut dijadikan landasan dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan. Hasilnya 6 sistem nilai tersebut bisa menjadi landasan yang kuat, komprehensif, dan bermakna bagi kepala sekolah untuk menjalankan tugas-tugasnya. Bisa mencapai tujuan kepemimpinan pendidikan baik yang bersifat pribadi ataupun sosial, formal ataupun informal, struktural ataupun non struktural dunia ataupun akhirat.
