Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) menjelaskan problematik teknik penilaian unjuk kerja; 2) memberikan gambaran rekomendasi teknik penilaian unjuk kerja di masa pandemi. Strategi metode penelitian melalui pendekatan deskriptif  kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui analisis kritis dokumen hasil penelitian. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kajian kritis artikel-artikel hasil penelitian tentang teknik penilaian di masa pandemi. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) problematik teknik penilaian unjuk kerja di masa pandemi ini terdapat berbagai permasalahan. Mulai dari kurangnya materi yang diberikan oleh guru sehingga siswa harus mencarinya secara mandiri, kurangnya kesadaran siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan kurangnya penguasaaan teknologi terbarukan. 2) teknik penilaian unjuk kerja mendorong anak didik untuk melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis praktik. Praktik yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai karakter religiusitas, nasionalisme, kemandirian, gotong royong,dan integritas. Dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa implementasi teknik penilaian unjuk keja dalam pembelajaran dapat dilakukan melalui demonstrasi penampilan siswa. Selain itu, Teknik penilaian unjuk kerja dapat dilakukan melalui teman sejawat dengan mengacu pada pedoman penilaian yang ada. Sistem pelaporan akhir melalui Teknik penilaian unjuk kerja hendaknya lebih disederhanakan, tidak terlalu rumit, dan tidak terlalu banyak komponen penilaiannya.
