El-Uqud: Jurnal Kajian Hukum Ekonomi Syariah
[e-ISSN: 2987-3452] is an open-access academic journal focused on publishing scholarly work that promotes and fosters knowledge in the study of Sharia Economic Law, Islamic Financial Law, and Issues related to Contemporary Economic Laws. El-Uqud: Jurnal Kajian Hukum Ekonomi Syariah aims to build a comprehensive understanding of Islamic economics norms in religious texts and their realization in socio-economics life.

EL-UQUD is a scientific journal for the study of Sharia Economic law. This is a debate forum for scholars and professionals concerned with Sharia Economic Law / Islamic Economic Law and the legal culture of the Muslim world. This aims to gain recognition as the leading media in scientific and professional discourse on Sharia Economic law.
EL-UQUD covers textual and fieldwork studies of Sharia Economic laws with various perspectives. The journal is published twice a year (every March and September).
EL-UQUD invites academics to submit research articles or scientific studies related to Sharia Economics legal issues in the field of thought/methodology of Sharia Economics law, Islamic Finance law and other Sharia Economics legal cases.
