After the world's covid 19 pandemic was hit by a recession, this made developing countries have to prepare themselves to deal with it with equitable economic development in every village which is nothing but empowering women as human resources who are quite dominant in number to be able to be economically independent by empowering women's economic productivity management. The ultimate goal of the community empowerment process is to make community members independent so that they can improve the standard of living of their families and optimize resources (Sumodiningrat, 2000). This research uses a case study qualitative approach. The case study was conducted by researchers to find out more deeply and thoroughly about the strategy to increase women's economic productivity (PPEP) through training in cooking bananas with basic ingredients in Karanggedang Village. The subjects of this study were food business actors from each hamlet in Karanggedang village consisting of 20 women, some of whom were included in DTKS. The results of the Women's Economic Productivity Training (PPEP) activity in Karanggedang Village in general provided increased insight and knowledge about women's entrepreneurship, MSME opportunities, gender equality and added insight in managing food with processed banana ingredients such as banana cake, steamed banana cake, and banana chips. and conclusion. In general, women's economic productivity training in Karanggedang Village has achieved the goal of increasing women's entrepreneurship insight and knowledge, MSME opportunities, as well as catering training for higher selling points.References
