Focus
The focus of "Jurnal Sejarah Islam" is to provide readers with an understanding of Classical, Minority, Modern or Local Muslim history through the publication of articles and research results.

Scope
JSI: Journal of Islamic History publishes articles with the aim and scope of:
1. Classical Islamic History,
2. History of Muslim Minorities,
3. Local Islamic history,
4. Figures in Islamic History
5. Institutions in Islamic History, and
6. Modern Islamic History.
