El-Aqwal: Journal of Sharia and Comparative Law [ISSN: 2962-5289] is an open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing and disseminating knowledge in the fields of Sharia law, state law, customary law, and other religious legal systems from comparative perspectives.
