Pendekatan Psikologis dalam Meningkatkan Self-Efficacy Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Mandiri

This research highlights the problem of student learning independence at SDIT Harapan Ummat Purbalingga which appears to be related to lack of focus during lessons. Students show signs of unfocus such as not listening to the teacher, having difficulty understanding instructions, and having difficulty collaborating with classmates. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves structured interviews with guidance and counseling teachers and students. The results of identifying this problem indicate low student self-efficacy. This research was conducted at SD IT Alam Harapan Ummat Purbalingga with the research subjects being guidance and counseling teachers and students selected based on the recommendation of the class teacher. The data analysis process uses Content Analysis and connects it with Albert Bandura's theory. In overcoming this problem, the school has made several efforts, such as assistance by special teachers, the use of special learning media, and the formation of special classes. In conclusion, this research confirms that strengthening self-efficacy is an effective strategy in increasing student learning independence. Self-efficacy plays an important role in students' motivation and learning independence, and involves various elements such as positive feedback, positive experiences, stress management strategies, positive role models, emotional support, and ongoing planning. Educators must understand the important role of self-efficacy in the learning process and strive to develop students' self-efficacy to improve their academic achievement and learning independence.References
