Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. The general theme of an article is Islamic Economics, original, and has clear contributions of knowledge.
  2. The article should be based on as many primary sources as possible and the most up-to-date references.
  3. Elements that must be included in the article: title, author’s name/s, abstract (written in English and Indonesian, describing the essence of the whole article, keywords consisting of three words/terms reflecting article content), the article contents (from introduction to closing), bodynote (American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition, and
  4. The article is written in Times New Roman,5 lines spacing, 25-30 pages.
  5. Foreign terms originating from Arabic and not having been absorbed into Indonesian can refer to the Latin Arabic transliteration (LC, Library of Congress).
  6. The author/s of the article writes mobile phone number and Email in the Add Discussion.
  7. All incoming manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using iThenticate/Turnitin with a maximum tolerance of 25%. If the result shows more than 25%, the manuscript will be returned to the author/s.
