KINERJA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH PEREMPUAN DI MI MA’ARIF NU 1 SOKARAJA TENGAH 2013/2014
Abstract
Abstrak: selama ini kepemimpinan selalu identik dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki. Kepemimpinan yang di dalamnya terdapat aktivitas perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian dirasa hanya cocok untuk jenis kelamin laki-laki yang memiliki stereotip rasional, kuat, dan tegas. Sedang perempuan dengan stereotip emosional, lemah, dan tidak tegas dianggap tidak cocok untuk memegang jabatan pemimpin. Namun demikian, anggapan bahwa kepemimpinan hanya cocok untuk laki-laki, dibantah oleh fakta-fakta empiris. Banyak sekali kepemimpinan yang dipegang oleh seorang perempuan bisa mencapai kesuksesan. Di antara kepemimpinan perempuan tersebut adalah kepemimpinan kepala madrasah perempuan di MI NU I Sokaraja Tengah. Abstract: So far, leadership is always identical to the male. Leadership which includes the activities of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling deemed suitable only for the male which have rational, strong, and assertive stereotype. Mean while, women with emotional, weak, and not expressly stereotypes are considered to be unsuitable to serve as leaders. However, the assumption that leadership is only suitable for men, refuted by empirical facts. Lots of leadership that is held by a woman can achieve success. Among the women's leadership is women’s leadership as the headmaster in MI NU I Sokaraja Tengah. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Kepemimpinan, Perempuan.Downloads
