Repository Policy
In response to the evolving landscape of scholarly communication, Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Raushan Fikr has adopted the following policy regarding authors’ self-archiving of their contributions (including articles, reviews, notes, and similar content) in institutional or subject-based repositories of their choice.
Definitions
Adapted from SHERPA/RoMEO guidelines
- Pre-print: A version of the work that has not yet undergone peer review, often shared to solicit feedback prior to submission or acceptance.
- Post-print: The author’s manuscript following peer review and editorial revision, accepted for publication but not yet typeset by the journal.
- Publisher’s version: The final, formatted PDF version of the article as published in Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Raushan Fikr.
Policy Guidelines
Authors are encouraged to disseminate both pre-print and post-print versions of their articles through temporary platforms such as personal websites or public repositories prior to official publication.
Once the publisher’s version becomes available, authors are permitted to deposit this version in institutional repositories or other trusted digital archives of their choice. When depositing the publisher’s version, authors must include the following citation:
Published as [provide the complete bibliographic reference as it appears in the journal] with a direct URL or DOI to the article.
License Requirements
All versions of the article (pre-print, post-print, and publisher’s version) must comply with the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License .
