Abstract

Education is so important for all humans. Education can also be carried out anywhere and anytime. Education is not only carried out at school but also outside of school. One of the education that is carried out outside of school is in tutoring which is a process of coaching individuals carried out on an ongoing basis so that changes occur in the individual. This research aims to find out how the implementation of learning programs in Ahe Griya Pintar Pasir tutoring in overcoming student learning difficulties. The type of research chosen in this study uses qualitative research. This research was conducted at Ahe Griya Pintar Pasir Tutoring. The research subject is Mrs. Nurul as the owner of the tutoring. Techniques for data collection were carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. While the data validity test technique in this study is triangulation. The results of the research are on the implementation of the learning program at Ahe Griya Pintar Pasir Tutoring in overcoming student learning difficulties, starting from planning in the form of preparing what is needed in learning. Implementation is a form of activity carried out to carry out plans made during planning. Evaluation is carried out on students after all learning sequences are completed according to targets and conditions to ensure students can understand a series of materials learned.
