	<dc:title xml:lang="en-US">Website sebagai Sarana Promosi Perpustakaan di SMA N 1 Jogjakarta</dc:title>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to determine the extent to which the website is used in library promotion efforts. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation and through a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the website as a promotional tool in the library of SMA N 1 Jogjakarta was categorized well with an average value of 3.5. The researchers obtained these results through 11 indicators divided by 7 indicators from the theory of effectiveness and 4 indicators from promotion. First, production with an average value of 3.65. Second, quality with an average of 3.67. Third, efficiency with an average of 3.58. The fourth is satisfaction with an average score of 3.59. Fifth competition with an average of 3.51. The six developments with an average of 3.42. The seven continued with a mean of 3.71. The eighth is through library promotion indicators, which can introduce library functions with an average of 3.53. Ninth, increasing reading interest by an average of 3.46. Ten, namely introducing library services and services with an average value of 3.53. Eleventh, developing understanding of the library with an average value of 3.49.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penggunaan website dalam upaya promosi perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan interview, observasi, dokumentasi serta melalui angket. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa website sebagai sarana promosi di perpustakaan SMA N 1 Jogjakarta dikategorikan baik dengan nilai rata-rata 3,5. Hasil tersebut peneliti peroleh melalui 11 indikator dengan pembagian 7 indikator dari teori efektivitas dan 4 indikator dari promosi. Pertama, produksi dengan nilai rata-rata 3,65. Kedua, mutu dengan rata-rata 3,67. Ketiga, efisiensi dengan rata-rata 3,58. Keempat kepuasan dengan nilai rata-rata 3,59. Kelima persaingan dengan rata-rata 3,51. Keenam pengembangan dengan rata-rata 3,42. Ketujuh kelangsungan dengan rata-rata 3,71. Kedelapan yaitu melalui indikator promosi perpustakaan yakni dapat mengenalkan fungsi perpustakaan dengan rata-rata 3,53. Kesembilan, meningkatkan minat baca dengan rata-rata 3,46. Sepuluh yaitu mengenalkan jasa dan layanan perpustakaan dengan nilai rata-rata 3,53. Kesebelas, mengembangkan pengertian perpustakaan dengan nilai rata-rata 3,49.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The purpose of this research is to describe complex search services at the IAIN Purwokerto Library related to information technology, where search uses a search tool in the form of computers and networks. Based on several studies of users in the IAIN Purwokerto library, the library developed its services. Using descriptive method, with a source of complex search service form data in 2017-2019. As a result, the development of information technology is coloring the provision of new services, such as bookless library services, e-library services that can be installed via playstore on android devices, international journal services by subscribing to proquest, etc. Librarians are also required to master technology by providing information technology-based services, in this case complex search services. IT-based complex search services are carried out by integrating all digital services in the library to provide answers to the information needs of users.Keywords: service development, complex search service, digital services, information technology, online search</dc:description>

The application of new normal is welcomed with a positive attitude in various sectors. In the library education sector welcomed positively with the new order of life that began to be applied gradually. How is the preparation done by the library to open services for users in this New Normal Era? The normal concept in library services must be really prepared, both in terms of human resources and collections. Three important things that must be considered to prepare library services are 1. Services must prioritize the health of librarians and users 2. Design services and facilities in the library 3. Make policy access to the library.</dc:description>

The goal of information technology in improving service quality is easy, fast and accurate access through telecommunications networks (LAN, WAN , and internet). This article tries to explain what and how the implementation of information technology to improve the quality of library services. The conclusion is the implementation of information technology in improving the quality of library services is the application of technology used in conveying and processing information to improve quality or standards that must be achieved in the main activities in each library. services such as application to circulation services, reference services, periodical journal or magazine services, multimedia or audio-visual services, internet and computer station services, security services and procurement services.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The Baitul Hikmah Library was recorded as a library owned by Muslims, which was established during the Abbasid Caliphate which was considered the first largest library to influence Muslim civilization in the field of science. The climax occurred during the caliph al-Ma&#039;mun. Al Ma&#039;mun is able to develop the Baitul Hikmah library with good management, and maximum one of them is through large financial support for research, paying professional librarians, paying for translation and even collaborating with experts from various fields regardless of religious background. As a result, Baitul Wisdom becomes a reference source of important information in various fields, ranging from the social, medical, mathematical, physical and philosophical fields. This is very interesting to be used as the knowledge of library managers at the moment, as well as being an important lesson material about the role of libraries in the development of intelligence and human civilization.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the collection development policies in the STIKES Muhammadiyah Gombong Library and the obstacle it faces. The existence of a collection in library is a crucial factor and can be used to determine the level of library utilization whether the library is being used properly or not by users. In order for the collection to be efficient and can be used optimally, library need to plan to develop collections, namely by formulating collection development policies and implementing them in library management. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques through interviews and literatur study. The results showed that the collection development policy that had been carried out in the STIKES Muhammadiyah Gombong Library was by selecting, acquiring, evaluating, and weeding the collections. This type of collection consists of print and non-print. Meanwhile, collections are procured through purchases, subscriptions, and gifts/donations/grants. The obstacles faced are that suggestions from users have not been able to meet the needs of planned collection, there is no clear standard regarding the comparison of the number of collections in terms of form and language, there are no rules if in the future there is an urgent need in collection development.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Keusangan dan Produktifitas Pengarang dengan menggunakan Hukum Lotka. Adapun jurnal yang diteliti merupakan jurnal dengan subjek yang sama yaitu subjek Psikologi. Penulis mengambil sampel secara acak yaitu dari tahun 2015-2019 dari portal jurnal Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika, terdapat 10 Jurnal Iklim yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian ini Tingkat keusangan literatur tertinggi pada tahun 2018 yaitu berjumlah 7 sitiran tahun atau 87,5% artinya bahwa artikel tersebut sudah tua dalam hal tahun sitirannya disebabkan adaya informasi baru dalam suatu dokumen sehingga informasi yang lama akan mengalami penurunan dan akhirnya suatu saat tidak digunakan lagi. Dari hasil perhitungan di atas dapat di cari nilai rata-rata keseluruhan tingkat keusangan literature tahun 2015-2019 dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 62,32%. Dan jumlah pengarang pada penelitian ini sebanyak 148 orang dalam pemilhan acak pada tahun 2015-2019. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan hukum Lotka maka ditemukan bahwa produktivitas pengarang untuk setiap 1 artikel adalah 83,78% dengan sebanyak 124 pengarang, pengarang yang menghasilkan 2 artikel sebanyak 12,83% dengan 19 pengarang, pengarang yang menghasilkan 3 artikel sebanyak 2,03% dengan 3 pengarang, pengarang yang menghasilkan 4 artikel sebanyak 0,68% dengan 1 pengarang, dan pengarang yang menghasilkan 5 artikel sebanyak 0,68% dengan 1 pengarang.</dc:description>

Literasi yang menjadi salah satu wacana populer dan digaungkan oleh berbagai pihak dikembangkan oleh sebuah komunitas di Purwokerto bernama RKWK. Selain berfokus pada pengembangan literasi masyarakat, RKWK juga membidik industry kreatif berbasis literasi yang disebut dengan konsep â€œlitera-preneurâ€. Tulisan ini fokus membahas tentang upaya-upaya yang dilakukan di RKWK dalam mengelola dan menerap-kembangkan konsep â€œlitera-preneurâ€ dalam kehidupan komunitas mereka hingga mampu memberi dampak bagi lini kehidupan kognisi sekaligus kehidupan ekonomi para pelakunya. Kegiatan pengembangan litera-preneur di RKWK dilakukan dengan beberapa poin penting di antaranya meningkatkan kompetensi keilmuan (kognisi) serta pengembangan kreativitas melalui kegiatan-kegaiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, kegiatan komunitas berfokus pada pengembangan komunitas berbasis kreativitas dan literasi, dan program-program yang dilaksanakan di RKWK dibuat sesuai dengan potensi dan minat para anggotanya.

ABSTRACT
Literacy, which has become a popular discourse and echoed by various parties, was developed by a community in Purwokerto called RKWK. Apart from focusing on the development of community literacy, RKWK also targets literacy-based creative industries which are called the concept of &quot;literature-preneur&quot;. This paper focuses on discussing the efforts made at RKWK in managing and implementing the concept of &quot;literature-preneur&quot; in their community life so that it can have an impact on the line of cognitive life as well as the economic life of the actors. Literature development activities at RKWK are carried out with several important points including increasing scientific competence (cognition) and developing creativity through training and mentoring activities, community activities focused on community development based on creativity and literacy, and programs implemented at RKWK made according to the potential and interests of its members.

Setiap organisasi dibutuhkan sebuah kepemimpinan yang efektif, sehingga tujuan dari organisasi tersebut tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan atau tindakan, bila kita mencoba membuka kembali ingatan tentang makna kepemimpinan. Kepemimpinan yang efektif sangatlah tergantung dari landasan manajerial yang kokoh.Kepemimpinan (leadership) yang ditetapkan oleh seorang manajer dalam organisasi dapat menciptakan integrasi yang serasi dan mendorong semangat kerja karyawan untuk mencapai sasaran yang maksimal. Kepemimpinan adalah kata benda dari pemimpin (leader). Pemimpin (leader=head) adalah seseorang yang mempergunakan wewenang dan kepemimpinannya, mengarahkan bawahan untuk mengerjakan sebagian pekerjaannya dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Leader adalah seorang pemimpin yang memiliki sifat-sifat kepemimpinan dan kewibawaan (personality authority). Falsafah kepemimpinannya bahwa pemimpin adalah untuk bawahan dan milik bawahan. Pelaksanaan kepemimpinannya cenderung menumbuhkan kepercayaan, partisipasi, loyalitas dan internal motivasi para bawahan dengan cara persuasive.
Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang ditinjau melalui metode penelitian kepustakaan (Library Reserch), maknanya metode penelitian kepustakaan merupakan penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan literature (kepustakaan) baik berupa buku, catatan maupun laporan hasil penelitian dari penelitian terdahulu. Gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif sangat cocok apabila diterapkan di Indonesia, karena Indonesia merupakan Negara yang ramah, taman dan jiwa kebersamaan dan jiwa soladiritas sangat kuat dinegera Indonesia. Oleh karena itu keputusan yang diambil akan bener-bener dipikirkan demi kebaikan bersama tanpa mengutamakan nilai ego atau kepentingan pribadi atau golongan.

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Introduction. Information and communication technology develops very rapidly. Without exception, social media thrives in all circles including teenagers. Social media gives benefits in life and able to provide positive impacts in economic, social and cultural. However, in the midst of the widespread use of social media, sometimes users are not aware of the negative impacts such as social media influences towards teenagers behaviours. This article aims to assist teenagers in controlling behavior due to the influence of social media in society.
Methodology. This research use descriptive method. Data collection and analysis was done with literature review from various references.
Results and Discussion. This research show that social media influences teenagersâ€™ behavior by bridging activites and friendship which may bring positive and negative impacts. Librarians may have roles in social media by giving positive values through providing constructive information which has value economically, culturally and socially among teenagers and wider community. 
Conclusion. Librarians can help the community by giving accompaniment in social media usage and shaping teenagers characters through attitudes, patriotic behavior, upholding democracy and towards civil society that applies knowledge responsibly towards humanity through planned programs.</dc:description>

	<dc:title xml:lang="en-US">Perbandingan Karakteristik Berkala Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi dengan Jurnal Kajian Informasi dan Perpustakaan Periode 2018-2020</dc:title>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Comparison of the characteristics of the Library and Information Science Periodic (BIPI) and the Journal of Information and Library Studies (JKIP) 2018-2020, was carried out using the bibliometric analysis method. The research objectives are to find out: a) Number of articles published during 2018-2020; b) Journal authorship pattern; c) Degree of collaboration; d) The most prolific writer; e) The most productive universities; f) The most productive agencies/institutions; f) The most productive city; g) Most research topics based on author&#039;s keywords. The results showed that the articles published by BIPI and JKIP were 60, and 42 titles respectively and the number of authors were 114 people (65 males; and 49 females) and 78 respectively. people (41 males and 37 females). BIPI&#039;s degree of collaboration is 0.75, and JKIP&#039;s is 0.66. N.A. Damayani emerged as the most prolific writer in both BIPI and JKIP, with the number of articles written in 3 titles in BIPI, and 2 titles in JKIP. Gadjah Mada University is in the first position to appear in BIPI, and Padjadjaran University is the largest university for JKIP. Yogyakarta is the most populous city in BIPI, and Bandung is the largest city for JKIP. Canberra is the only contributor from abroad. The most keywords in BIPI are quality and Rare newspapers are the most keywords in JKIP. The conclusion of the study is that the number of BIPI articles is higher than that of JKIP, that there are more collaborations of writers in BIPI than JKIP, and there are more male authors than female authors, both at BIPI and JKIP. The universities where the journals are published contribute the most, both at BIPI and JKIP. Most keywords are quality for BIPI, and rare newspaper for JKIP.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Library service innovation is part of realizing the excellent service of the library.The pandemic period that occurred from March 2020 to mid-2021 made the Library Of Data and Scientific Documentation Center of the Indonesian Institute of Sciences strive to innovate e-library services.The innovations carried out by the Data and Scientific Documentation Center Indonesian Institute of Sciences Library include innovations of its service types, revision and addition of ISO Library Services (SOP) &amp;amp; risk management, and Regional Service Systems integrated in INTRA LIPI.The research method used is through observation and study of literature. The purpose of this writing is to inform the innovation of PDDI LIPI&#039;s e-service literature including the type of service, revision and addition of ISO Library Services (SOP) &amp;amp; risk management and Regional Service System integrated in INTRA LIPI and challenges must be faced so that this innovation can be realized.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Artikel ini disusun menggunakan metode kualitatif diskriptif, di mana fokus pada pendeskripsian pengelolaan perpustakaan sebagai pusat dokumentasi budaya lokal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan mempunyai peranan yang vital sebagai wadah dalam mengakomodir berbagai kebudayaan terutama kebudayaan lokal masyarakat. Hal ini kemudian menjadi penting untuk diperhatikan mengingat globalisasi tidak dapat dihindari. Sehingga perpustakaan menjadi salah satu garda terdepan dalam melestarikan berbagai sumber tulis mengenai nilai dan kekayaan budaya suatu masyarakat. Masyarakat dengan kompleksitas kebudayaan yang terwujud dalam berbagai praktik seperti kesenian, ritus keagamaan, artefak-artefak, bahasa, pola pikir dan sebagainya juga membutuhkan wadah untuk bisa terus lestari dalam menghadapi dinamika di dunia ini. Perpustakaan hadir sebagai salah satu jawaban dari kedua persoalan tersebut. Pada satu sisi perpustakaan hadir sebagai sumber informasi bagai kalangan masyarakat yang luas. Pada sisi yang lain perpustakaan juga mempunyai peran yang vital sebagai ruang dokumentasi bagi kekayaan budaya masyarakat.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Jurnal open access (OA) menjadi alternative dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi referensi bagi kalangan civitas akademika. Kemudahan dalam akses jurnal OA tak terlepas peran sebuah kemajuan teknologi dan terbukanya para peneliti atas pentingnya sebuah informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk perpustakaan mengetahui seberapa besar mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan jurnal elektronik open access menjadi sumber referensi dalam melakukan pengerjaan jurnal penelitian ataupun skripsi mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester akhir atau yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi sebanyak 50 mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode random sampling. Dari 5 link jurnal open access yang cukup umum dilakukan pengaksesan oleh beberapa peneliti dan akademisi seperti Garuda Dikti, E-Resources, Google Scholer, DOAJ dan IOS. Bahwa mahasiswa Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia dalam melakukan penelusuran sumber referensi jurnal elektronik mayoritas menggunakan google scholer sebagai sumber referensi dalam pembuatan skripsi dengan nilai 78%, di susul dengan jurnal E-Resources dalam urutan kedua dengan 16%, DOAJ dengan 4%, IOS dengan 2% dan Garuda Dikti 2%.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Tak ubahnya dengan profesi lain, maka peran pustakawan ditengah-tengah perubahan era teknologi informasi dengan teknologi digital akan menuntut peran yang lebih besar lagi dalam upayanya untuk membantu pemustaka dalam mengakses informasi yang sangat cepat mengalami perubahan dan tuntutan generasi milenial sehingga harus dapat menangkap kemauan dan karakteristik mereka yang menghendaki kecepatan dan ketatan dalam akses informasi. Dengan akses secara digital baik untuk koleksi e-book maupun e-journal dan koleksi lainnya dengan format digital&amp;nbsp; akan semakin mempermudah dak membantu percepatan diseminasi informasi. Namun yang tak dapat disangkal adalah kemampuan kompetensi pustakawan yang harus terus dikembangkan untuk menuju peran baru pustakawan . Perpustakaan dengan mengedepankan layanan secara digital akan menjebatani kebutuhan informasi bagi pemustaka digital. Maka kompetensi pustakawan hendaknya dapat menjawab kebutuhan pemustaka dengan kemampuan yang semakin&amp;nbsp; terbuka terhadap perubahan yang terjadi . Maksud penulisan ini adalah dengan latar belakang perlunya pustakawan untuk dapat melakukan penguatan kompetensi&amp;nbsp; di era new normal&amp;nbsp; karena perbedaan sistem layanan pada masa normal yang lalu .Adapun tujuan penulisan ini adalah keinginan penulis untuk memberikan sumbangan pemikiran untuk peran pustakawan yang lebih baik di era new normal ini sehingga peran pustakawan akan semakin nampak dalam sumbangsihnya dalam perkembangan imu pengetahuan dan sistem layanan unggul akan menimbulkan masyarakat&amp;nbsp; semakin mengakui profesi pustakawan sebagai profesi yang unik sehingga layak disebut sebagai profesi . 	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Informasi diera sekarang merupakan suatu kebutuhan primer bagi setiap masyarakat. Berbicara tentang informasi publik, tidak terlepas dari kearsipan sebagaimana yang tertuang pada Undang-Undang Nomor 43 Tahun 2009 tentang Kearsipan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis atau mengkaji serta membandingkan Undang-Undang No. 43 Tahun 2009 tentang kearsipan serta Undang-Undang No.14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik ditinjau dari beberapa aspek. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka dimana data diperoleh melalui sumber informasi yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan topik yang diambil. Data diperoleh melalui jurnal ilmiah dan buku undang-undang,. Hasil penelitian Undang-Undang kearsipan memiliki keterkaitan yang erat dengan Undang-Undang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari masing-masing pengertian yang tercantum dalam Undang-Undang dimana dalam pengertian tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pengertian informasi merupakan segala bentuk arsip yang terekam pada berbagai media penyimpanannya yang kemudian dapat dikomunikasikan kepada orang lain. Akan tetapi, terdapat perbedaan-perbedaan dari kedua UU yang meliputi sejarah lahirnya, filosofi, isi konten, objek dan subjek, lembaga yang berwenang, pengelolanya, pihak yang dapat mengakses, jenis objek, serta dari segi mekanisme pelayanannya.</dc:description>

This paper aims to explain and find out the innovations made through the USU library&#039;s excellent service: disaster due to pandemic. Excellence services available are: 1). Turniti test service, 2). University library book ordering service, 3). Branch library book ordering service, 4). Short loan collection book ordering service (KPS), 5). Student Final Project Services, 6). Service for ordering e-journal articles and e-books, 7). SKBP (library free certificate). The method used is a literature study. The data sources for this paper are the USU Library&#039;s web and social media. The results of this study are 1). Access: convenience and facilities, 2). Content: number of types, and organization, 3). Search facility: search system, and display of results.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Kreativitas merupakan sebuah kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh individu atau seseorang untuk memecahkan masalah dengan cara yang baru dan bermanfaat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif karena objek yang diteliti dalam penelitian kualitatif lebih bersifat interaktif atau saling mempengaruhi antar variabel (variabel X dan Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan guru tentang perpustakaan dan kreativitas dalam mengelola perpustakaan, serta hubungan pengetahuan tentang perpustakaan dengan kreativitas dalam mengelola Perpustakaan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 09 Payaraman di Desa Seri Kembang I, Kecamatan Payaraman, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan guru tentang perpustakaan sudah cukup baik, pengelolaan sudah cukup baik dan juga dengan pengetahuan yang cukup maka guru pengelola perpustakaan dapat mengeluarkan kreativitas berupa pemberian nomor klasifikasi bahan pustaka dengan cara baru dan mengeluarkan kebijakan membaca di rumah untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Berdasarkan hasil yang di dapatkan terdapat hubungan interaktif antara pengetahuan guru dengan kreativitas dan krativitas guru dengan pengetahuan. (1) Pengetahuan Guru dapat menjadi kreativitas (2) Kreativitas guru dalam mengelola dapat menjadi pengetahuan baru bagi Pengelola Perpustakaan lain.

Abstract
Creativity is an individual&#039;s ability to solve problems in new and useful ways. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach because the object studied in qualitative research is more interactive or influences each other between variables (variables X and Y). This study aims to determine teacher knowledge about libraries and creativity in managing libraries, as well as the relationship between library knowledge and creativity in managing the 09 Payaraman State Elementary School Library in Seri Kembang I Village, Payaraman District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The results of this study indicate that teacher knowledge about libraries is good enough, management is good enough and also with sufficient knowledge, library management teachers can issue creativity in the form of giving library materials classification numbers in new ways and issuing reading policies at home to increase reading interest. student. Based on the results obtained, there is an interactive relationship between teacher knowledge and creativity and teacher creativity and knowledge. (1) Teacher knowledge can become creativity (2) Teacher creativity in managing can be new knowledge for other library managers.

	<dc:title xml:lang="en-US">Utilization of e-book 3-dimensions information systems based on google analytics</dc:title>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The use of information and communication technology has become a necessity for people to search for information and information published in 3-dimensional e-book media, which has been widely used in information retrieval. This paper aims to determine the use of 3-dimensional e-Books produced by the Directorate of Repository, Multimedia, and Scientific Publishing-National Information Research Agency. The method used in this research is the Google Analytics method, an application that provides information on the results of data collection (data mining) using the web using page tag techniques. With Google Analytics, the collected data related to acquisition and user behavior on the web can be analyzed to be used as a goal, reference, and reliable data. The results showed that there were 304 (three hundred and four) titles of 3-dimensional E-Books produced, which were grouped into 12 categories. Users of 3-dimensional E-Books are spread across 12 (twelve) countries. The two countries that use the most are Indonesia, with 2,718 users (94.05%), followed by America with 72 users (2.49%). Meanwhile, the two most widely used 3-dimensional e-book categories were the tourism category with 625 (31.2%) and animal husbandry and agriculture 421 (21.0%). Considering that users of this 3-dimensional e-book are scattered in various countries, it is recommended that the production of this 3-dimensional e-book can be continued. </dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan bagaimana pihak perpustakaan membantu mahasiswa menyelesaikan tugas akhir melalui layanan literasi informasi, perpustakaan mengembangkan berbagai macam layanan seperti melakukan&amp;nbsp; bimbingan sumber refrensi, melakukan penulusuran informasi kompleks, melakukan bimbingan dalam bentuk literasi informasi dengan menyediakan sarana dalam menemukan informasi yang baik dan benar, melalui media online maupun offline.&amp;nbsp; Literasi informasi merupakan kemampuan setiap orang untuk mendapatkan berbagai macam informasi yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah dan mengambil keputusan yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir mahasiswa. Sehingga perpustakaan UIN Mataram menyediakan berbagai sumber informasi, baik secara printed maupun secara online yaitu dengan website yang dimilki oleh perpustakaan UIN Mataram. Penulis memakai pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan secara langsung ke informan. Upaya yang dilakukan pihak perpustakaan unuk membantu menyelesaikan tugas akhir mahasiswa ialah&amp;nbsp; melalui&amp;nbsp; Layanan Bookless library, melalui layanan e-jornal dan melalui layanan website perpustakaan UIN Mataram.</dc:description>
