Evaluasi Pemanfaatan Koleksi E-book dan E-journal Terhadap Kinerja Studi Mahasiswa UAJY Selama Masa Pandemi Covid (2020-2021)

Since March 24, 2020 Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta has started implementing distance learning so that teaching and learning activities is carried out online. UAJY supports units have adjusted the policy by providing online services. This of course will make it difficult for libraries to serve their collections. Service that was originally carried out face-to-face must be done online, such as book lending services, which can no longer be done in person. In order to continue to be able to assist users in accessing the information provided, library services are emphasized on online services such as electronic books (e-books) and electronic journals (e-journals). The presence of a collection of e-books and e-journals is expected to be able to meet the needs of users in finding reference sources. This research will be prioritized to explore answers to the following questions: How do students perceive online services to support to study performance? To what extent is the level of use of online collections (e-books and e-journals) in supporting to study performance? The method of this research is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative research with descriptive format aims to explain, summarize various conditions, situations, or variables that arise in the community that are the object of research based on what happened.

Analisis Bibliometrik pada Jurnal Al-Maktabah, Pustakaloka, Unilib & Libraria Periode 2015-2021

A bibliometric analysiss was conducted to determine 1) the number of articles published annualy from 2015-2021;2) the number of authors who contributed to the four journals for tha 2015-2021 peroid;30 the productivity of writers in the four journals for the 2015 – 2021 period, for the journals in the field of library, documentation and information, respectively are ALMAKTABAH, PUSTAKALOKA, UNILIB & LIBRARIA. Data sources are accessed from each of the journal sites, https://journal.iainkudus.ac.id/index.php/Libraria, https://journal.uii.ac.id/unilib, https://jurnal.iainponorogo.ac.id/index.php/pustakaloka/index, dan https://journal.uinjkt.ac.id/index.php/al-maktabah/index. The result of this research is the total number of articles published in ALMAKTABAH, PUSTAKALOKA, UNILIB & LIBRARIA, 377 titles, consisting of 69, 115, 72 and 121 titles, respectively The total authors are 529 people consisting of . Almaktabah 104 authors, Pustakaloka 161 authors, Unilib 87 authors and Libraria 177 authors. The most prolific authors of the AlMaktabah journal are U Undayani (7 articles) from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, L Lolytasari (5 articles) from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, R Rodin (4 articles) IAIN Curup-Rejang Lebang Bengkulu, then A Alfida and L Istiqoriyah (3 articles) each from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, and 2 other authors from UIN Imam Bonjol and UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The pattern of authorship shows that from a total of 377 articles, single authors (259 articles 0.69%) and collaborating authors (118 articles 0.31%) with an average collaboration degree of 0.31. The conclusion of the study is that during 2015-2021, 377 articles have been written from four journals (ALMAKTABAH, PUSTAKALOKA, UNILIB & LIBRARIA), written by 529 authors mostly written individually, and the most productive authors are U Undayani (7 articles), writes at AlMaktabah UIN Syarif Hidyatullah

This study aims to identify the professionalism of librarians in utilizing the use of information and sharing information to support and develop digital libraries (E-Library). Research methods. Pengelolaan Arsip Sekolah Berbasis SIMAK

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) melahirkan arsip elektronik. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini juga telah merambat ke dalam dunia pendidikan, yaitu dengan munculnya pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Pengelolaan arsip elektronik dipandang perlu dilakukan dalam upaya pemanfaatan teknologi. Begitupun dengan organisasi pendidikan seperti sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengolah, mengelola, mendistribusikan, dan menyalurkan informasi serta pelayanan yang diberikan terkait arsip sekolah yang dibutuh oleh para penggunanya. Menerapkan manajemen arsip elektronik pada sebuah organisasi akan membentuk manajemen dan proses kerja yang lebih dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen arsip elektronik dan manfaat arsip elektronik berbasis SIMAK. Pembahasan termasuk proses penciptaan arsip dan penyimpanan arsip, distribusi arsip dan penggunaan arsip, pemeliharaan arsip, dan disposisi arsip. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan juga penyebaran angket pada 132 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen arsip elektronik berbasis SIMAK telah dilaksanakan dengan baik namun dalam proses disposisi arsip belum adanya Jadwal Retensi Arsip (JRA) dan SIMAK memberikan manfaat yang positif dalam manajemen arsip elektronik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil angket menunjukkan nilai yang berada pada ketegori baik.

Literasi Digital Pustakawan dalam Database Scopus Periode 2010-2020: Studi Bibliometrika

This study aims to see; growth of scientific publications on digital literacy in librarians, core journals of digital literacy scientific publications for librarians, productivity and collaboration of science researchers, digital literacy in librarians, number of publications on digital literacy in librarians by affiliation / institution, number of publications by country, number of publications based on document type, number of publications by subject, 8) map of developments on digital literacy in librarians through keyword clusters. Data obtained from the Scopus database published in the 2010-2020 period. Data analysis using VosViewer software. The results showed that Communication In Computer and Information Science contributed the most articles on digital literacy, then followed by College And Undergraduate, then Reference Services Review journal, the journal with the least amount of Information And Learning Science. The most subjects were Social Sciences with 55.1%, then in the second place were Computer Sciences subjects, namely 21.9%, then the Arts and Humanities subjects were 6.9% followed by Mathematics as much as 5.1%. Meanwhile, the fewest documents were documents on Nursing and Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmaceutics with a total percentage of 0.3%, namely 1 document. Trends in knowledge can be seen from the many keywords that are found such as acrl frame work, digital citizenship, digital divide, digital literacy, distance education, distance learning, fake news, higher education, human computer interactive, information literacy, information skills, instructional design, learning. , library instruction, literacy, media literacy, online learning, research, social media. The keywords that are most tied to other networks or other keywords are Information literacy, Digital literacy, Digital literacies, Libraries, Education, Students and Academic libraries.
